This was my first time here and i absolutely loved it. Lily was my nail tech today. I showed her a picture of the set I wanted and she did it perfectly. I would recommend this salon to anyone. They charge me $100 for my nails and they didn’t do a good job my left hand nails were longer then my right hand. She took 3hour to do my nails, I got the old nails soak off with a new fresh set no rhinestone or fancy design. I will not be going back I went to Atlanta and got design and rhinestones on each finger they charge me $45. They are so pretty.

Went in asking for a soak off., broken gel nails., told them they hurt., lady took fake nail and proceeded to gouge under gel and flick off top layer., by time got to my pinky., i had to leave., after 24 months this was the most awful experience.

I like this place because they don’t rush you and their prices are very reasonable. They don’t offer pedicure packages so there’s no pressure to pick one. They offer a $25 pedicure that is not rushed and is pretty great. There isn’t usually a ton of people waiting but I would recommend going earlier in the week during morning hours. A full set is around 22, $5 for a repair and a fill is $14 I believe. Very friendly staff, although they don’t talk to you much.

This salon was terrible. I forgot to write the review until today when I visited Diva Nails and had a fantastic experience. At Ruby Nails, a young man did my pedicure in, I kid you not, under 10 minutes. He didn’t speak to me aside from asking what color I wanted and was rude when asking that. I left the owner a note explaining what happened and why I didn’t tip (because he was busy at the moment). The note had my phone number on it, but I never received any kind of follow up. Take your business elsewhere – Ruby Nails clearly isn’t concerned about losing it.

Nails break easily. And they do not back up their work. I’ve had the SAME NAIL break every 3 days within the last 2 weeks.(and I’ve worn nails for over 15 years) I recommend you go somewhere else or you will be paying out more money on repairs than an entire full set.
