Fawn is so awesome, she is sweet, and Talented. She did liquid gel on my nails and it came out beautifully. Faith is also really good too as she did my daughter nails, they came out really well. She got all black stiletto nails. I wish I got pictures but I didn’t. I also had the lady with glasses (sorry forgot her name) do a really good gel pedi on me. They are so much more personable than other shops I’ve attended. Fawn will keep getting business from me and I’ve recommended to a friend.

My granddaughters and I visited yesterday. We received great customer service from all the staff. My granddaughters enjoyed our “Pampered Day.” The next time I visit Atlanta, we will get our nails done again. The owner gave me a small discount due to be a veteran and very much appreciated. I like that they ask you to wash your hands when you enter nail salon. It was very clean inside and they all wore masks.

Critical: ProfessionalismThe first 2 times I went here it was great. Vicky did my nails both times and did an amazing job, but the last few times I’ve gone I was told Vicky is on vacation and the job the male technician did was horrible. I asked for tips and sns powder and when he started the powder without the tips I asked if he was going to do them and he said no, that it would look fine without. Then he rushed and did such a sloppy job! He even used the same dremmel tip on me that he had just used on the customer next to me without even wiping it off. Now 8 days after my manicure, it has several chips and spots near my cuticle are lifting and my hair gets caught in them. He also hurt me several times and when I told him it was hurting he didn’t stop. Thank you thank you thank you. I was super busy the week before my travels. It was 40 min before closing and they took me to do a color change on my toes. I asked if they would please do my nails as well. She did them no problem beautifully and even offered the service of my eyebrows wax and I never felt rushed. I really wanted to like this place but I don’t think I’ll be going anymore. This is the 2nd time I come in with a pic of a design I wanted the first time it was a cow print and I got black dots instead lol this time o wanted an ombré rainbow like the picture below and left with I don’t know what. I’m not the type to sit there and complain but I had to write a review. This might be the place if you want just one solid color or a regular French but other designs I don’t see it happening. I cannot speak for all the people that work their. I’m speaking about the guy that works there I did not get his name. I would rather you tell me you don’t know how to do the design and I could just pick a solid color than to tell me you’ll do it and I walk out unhappy. I gave him the benefit of the doubt after the first time he messed up but this time around it made it a deal breaker. I’m walking about paying $60 for something I’m not happy with.
