I have been going to this nail shop for about 6 or 7 years now. When I first went, a man did my nails and after one of my visits, I was not happy with the results. I called the store and told them that I came in and didn’t like that my nails appeared bumpy and kind of sloppy. The manager told me to come in and she’d fix them. So I did and I’ve been going to see Tammy ever since.

The manager was very disrespect. I told her I didn’t like my toe color and I feel as if I picked the color. Instead of her saying it can be fixed, she focused me out telling me we did nothing wrong and it’s nothing wrong with the toe color and they were not going to fix it. I thought this was a business but actions say otherwise. She was extremely disrespectful and I will never come here again if this is how the manager acts!

Just don’t go they are rude and unprofessional i just received this service today and already my nails are destroyed you would think they be apologetic and willing to fix the issue , no I’m supposed to wait another hour pricey unprofessional and rude. Don’t waste your money. The owner proceeded to yell and be rude while I was with my son . So I’m left to go to another salon and have them fix their work.

I get a mani and a pedi.. First with the pedi I get burned with the stones, this is what happens with the mani. I speak to the owner about it she brushes me off as if it’s just whatever gives me $4 off the service!! Ridiculous I don’t even like to be loud and disrespectful when something is done wrong!! But to act like it’s cool just take $4 off a $37 dollar service is beyond unacceptable!! I will not be bk I actually liked this place never again!!! Very disappointed

Got dip nails and pedi. Accidentally broke one nail a couple day later and the salon took care of my nail at no cost and only took a few minutes to fix. I’m so grateful for that!

A friend and I went here to get our toes done and the male she had was super friendly and helpful but the female I had was very rude. I had asked for a white nail with pink design and she said ok. The male took his time with my friends spa/toes while my lady rushed through. When she finished painting my nails white she said ok they just need to dry and she got up. I told the male I had asked her for a pink design and he started talking to others around him about it and even asked the female but she asked do you want a sticker? I said no I want a painted design and she told me I would have to wait for one of the other people. She then wanted to make a stank face and start speaking in her native tongue and get up and walk away. We decided then we would just leave when my friends toes were done. When we got to the front my friend told the lady she told you from the beginning what she wanted so what became the problem? She said the problem is I don’t know how to do designs. Ok cool that’s something you could have said from the beginning and I would have understood but don’t try to act like you didn’t hear me and get an attitude. I won’t be going back. I should have listened to the people before who said they were rude.
