Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueI was displeased with Julies service here. My nails in the end came out decent but the quality of the service was out right terrible. It was honestly the second worst experience I’ve had ever getting acrylic nails. Also, she did overcharge me for a non-quality job. I got acrylic nails with gel and a mini French tip. at first Julie recommended they would look better if I got the dip powder, I asked her if it was a different price than gel and she didn’t know but also didn’t find out for me so I decided to stick with gel. In the end, the paint job was so stripy and sparse, she offered to put sparkles over it so it wouldn’t show that bad. I also had to keep telling her that the led light was not on. Once I finished I realized, I have brown gel paint all over my hands and when I got into my car, I realized it was on my face as well. She let me walk out with gel paint on my face. The service was rushed, rough, and not relaxing at all. I wish I would have gotten a percentage off because she could tell I was not pleased. I didn’t bother to fight for it since I don’t want to cause a scene and instead will book with another nail tech in the salon. I was displeased with Julies service here. My nails in the end came out decent but the quality of the service was out right terrible. It was honestly the second worst experience I’ve had ever getting acrylic nails. Also, she did overcharge me for a non-quality job.
