Ruby Nails

Critical: QualityGood customer service, bad quality nails. I’ve gotten French tips of various colors many times before, I’ve never had them done this sloppy. The woman who did my nails never checked the black tips to make sure they were even. Both of my thumbs have uneven edges and numerous nails are lopsided. You can see where my nail starts on almost every nail (usually when you do French tips the tip goes far down enough to cover when the nail extends off the finger itself). Difficult to see in the picture but there’s a small hair on my nail that won’t come off since I got gel. I also asked for a manicure; my cuticles weren’t pushed back and the dead skin around my nail wasn’t cut off. Most of the imperfections I noted are only noticeable if you stare at my nails, but if I’m lying for a service I expect it to be good. I’ve paid less for higher quality.
