My 2 girls (9 &6) a and myself went in yesterday and left with nothing but giggle and smiles! This was by far my favorite nail experience with them. They were so kind, helpful and so good with kids!!! I actually felt like I could relax. Plus they had tiny snacks and beverages. Everything is Sooo clean and fresh. And they did an AMAZING job. Very professional and reasonably priced. I give them a 12 out of 10 but seriously GO VISIT RUBY NAILS!! You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely terrible experience! Sat in the chair at 9:40. Immediately asked if I should be done by 11 as I had to pick up my son from school. Was assured I would be. At 11 I was not even close. She seemed to have no idea what she was doing. Nails weren’t drying and she kept trying to file them which was a mess. I left to get my son and had to come back. I was there from 11:20 to 12:40. She didn’t check if the top coat was dry before wiping with a paper towel and ended up wiping the top coat off leaving paper towel behind. Then she had to file and start over. 2 days later the top coat peeled right off and they started chipping. By day 4, 6/10 nails were chipped. I went back in for a refund. Tried to have me come back. No thanks! I don’t have another 2+ hours. She finally gave me my money back! Don’t take any chances! Dip manicures usually last me 3-4 weeks! Not 3-4 days!

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMom surprised me with a manicure here for my birthday. We had an awesome time with Bonnie and Mary. They were both so nice and did amazing work. I prefer regular polish and I am so happy with my manicure from here. We had our nails done on Wednesday and I have not had one nail chip. Mom surprised me with a manicure here for my birthday. We had an awesome time with Bonnie and Mary. They were both so nice and did amazing work. I prefer regular polish and I am so happy with my manicure from here. We had our nails done on Wednesday and I have not had one nail chip. They look like the day I got them done. Bad experience. I went in for a gel dip powder and my nails turned white. Had the girl fix it she put me under regular dry again. My nails turned white . 3rd time the other tech Bonnie came fixed them then put my nail under uv light… Finally was done right..wasted my time and money. Nails look way too thick .Bonnie that works there gave me a eyebrow wax for inconvenience. But I won’t go back.

This is a terrible place to go. I make an appointment and when I arrive there are 4 people in chairs and 2 people working, the lady that works there looks at me and asked if she could help me than realizes I am there for an appointment and says I am sorry I made a mistake and it will be 30-60 minutes wait. My polish from 3 weeks prior was literally peeling off. I really don’t like talking bad about any business but this is really a horrible place. They would rather lose regular customers than turn anyone away. I will never go back.
