Critical: ProfessionalismFirst I want to say I am black women, when I first walked in everybody looked at me crazy and did not greet me at all! I stood there for a good 30 seconds and I did not feel welcomed at all I had to speak up to get some service. First I want to say I am black women, when I first walked in everybody looked at me crazy and did not greet me at all! I stood there for a good 30 seconds and I did not feel welcomed at all I had to speak up to get some service. It bled and they did not offer her anything to clean it up. The nail tech kept her ergonomically incorrect for almost the entire manicure. Which caused her wrist pain. When told about this. I sent my Daughter who is under 18 ,in for services. My daughter said they where rude, and nicked her cuticle. It bled and they did not offer her anything to clean it up. The nail tech kept her ergonomically incorrect for almost the entire manicure. Which caused her wrist pain. When told about this. We where met with blank stares. We will not be returning… Ever.
