I went in today for a basic brown french tip, she did not do any sort of cuticle prep leaving my nails looking disgusting and on top of that the end result was about 2-3 pennies thick and every nail where the brown met the acrylic there was a giant bump, making them even thicker. I then proceeded to say that they are NOT supposed to be that thick nor even look like how they did. The person who did my nails then decided to argue with me and tell me that I was wrong. I have had these exact same nails before and know what they are supposed to look like. Amy (bless her heart) tried to fix the mess that was previously done by basically restarting including doing my cuticle prep and what not. They will suffice until I can afford to go somewhere else and get them redone. Still not perfect or likable to me in any way. They are all bumpy. Amy deserved her tip for doing her best to fix it but other than that I should not have had to pay for the monstrosity that I got. I do not recommend nor will I ever recommend.

I would give this place no stars if that was possible. Both my sister and I had terrible experiences. Not only do they NOT know how to do dip, but they also dont know how to treat customers. The “owner” yelled at us and refused to remove the dip in a timely fashion. He wouldn’t even give her money back and just let her leave.

Short and sweet: Paid $55 for a pedicure that included “hot stone massage” and it did not entail an actual foot and leg massage. That’s the number one reason I get them ♀️

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWent in and they were rude I didn’t have my mind made as soon as I walked in. So she was hateful right off the bat. Then was rough doing the nails. Nicked my finger and took a while to heal. Then messed up my wife’s nails she had several nicks, the broke one, CHARGED US FOR IT, then had the nerve to ask for a tip. By far the most rude and unprofessional salon I have been too. My wife is a princess and deserves the best! We tried to be polite and understanding but there was no need to be hateful and rough and screw up our nails. Critical: Professionalism, QualityI did not make an appointment but there were only 4people in there At the time. I understand I would have to wait but my cousin and I walked in and asked for two pedicures how long she said a couple minutes. We soaked in water for 1 hour before they came to us. My cousin started first and finished after me. The lady who did mine was in a rush and just wanted to get it over with. She has to use one of those foot scrubs due to my soccer player feet and at the end of the pedicure she charged me $8 extra dollars to use that. Went in to get my nails done and 4/10 of my fingers are bleeding while 7/10 of the cuticles of my nails are very torn up. I got powder dip nails with tips for $40 but the black powder from doing my nails is still all over my fingers. The nails themselves look pretty ok, but my skin is dirty/ripped to shreds. I probably shouldn’t have paid for them because of how the lady destroyed my cuticles and didn’t bother to make my nails look clean or presentable at all.
