They always friendly. Place is super clean and neat. The best thing is you can also order coffee from next store to enjoy and they bring it over to you while getting your nails done. They take good care of my nails so it will not chip or split easily even if I have it done so often.

I am 48 years old I have never treat that bad as Ruby treated me today. I was there because my UV gel nail was broken (which I paid $80) and she didn’t believe me that I made my nail in her store and called me liar. I got so mad. she sad that “ you didn’t come here because we don’t do nail like this we do thick nail.” I showed her my credit card payment to Ruby nail that they charged 130$. She didn’t even wanna look at.

Critical: Professionalism, ValueRuby and her husband Peter are very unprofessional business people. Ruby everyday nails does not value her costumers. If a costumer is unhappy the owner should be willing to make the costumer happy. Ruby feels she doesn’t have to guarantee a costumers happiness if a job is un satisfactory. Very disappointing. Have been a loyal customer for 3 years. Today the nail technician used the same latex gloves she’d been using when working on another customer when she gave me my pedicure. It felt gross. I should’ve complained today but I was in shock. Furthermore I was overcharged when given a manicure. I was charged for removing gel polish since I was getting a regular manicure. Had I not been a loyal customer for years I would understand however today I was sadly surprised. Today ruby nails lost a very loyal customer and my family won’t be coming there anymore…

Disgusting service.. my girlfriend came here to get her nails done and showed them a photo of a design she wanted on her nails.. she was told to pay before they showed her even a one nail sample of the design.. they then proceeded to draw the design nothing like the photo (the woman doing her nails even agreed that they did not have the same sparkles as asked for.) So politely she asked to remove the design and paint them plain pink instead.. after being seated at the drier with no intentions to give the $10 for the design back that she paid for she asked the man at the front desk who rudely denied to pay back the money at all explaining that the design was done she just didn’t like it.. after heavy confrontation a $5 bill was thrown at her.. after pulling out the receipt and going over pricing multiple times a $10 was then thrown at her. The workers did not want to refund the money and tried manipulating us into thinking that we did the math on the receipt wrong.. My gf ended up in tears leaving this place!!! Defiantly all scammers.. disgusting customer service… will never go back here again

I have been coming here for a few years now. A gift certificate is my families go to present for me on all occasions (as Ruby is more expensive than other local salons). I had so many gift cards and never checked the dates, I just take one and go. They would not accept my gift card because it expired. I explaind that I have so many and didn’t check but still no. I am sorry to say my family and friends will not be back to this establishment. The gift card was for a gel mani/pedi. That is a lot of $ in Ruby’s pocket for nothing!!!
