The person I got must have been very new to doing eyebrows. It took more than 20 mins for a cleanup, she plucked one hair at a time with the thread, so I ended up with an uneven line at the bottom of both brows. She also was rubbing the skin so much that I have scabs across the area under both eyebrows. She pulled out a few eyelashes as well. I’ve been getting my eyebrows threaded for 25 years with almost no pain, but this was incredibly painful.

My 5 stars is for Naz ONLY. Naz is the BEST eyebrow technician at this establishment. She has great customer service and is an expert when it comes to perfecting your eyebrows. She educates you on how to care and grow your eyebrows, as well. Equally, Naz also does great facials, henna, and more. She is definitely a triple threat when it comes to cosmetology. Furthermore, Naz has always cleaned her station and hands. She keeps her mask on and she truly cares about her clients. Thank you Naz for being the best at Ruby. I truly appreciate you.

Rude staff especially the owner. They pounce at you with sharpened claws. They way they talk makes you feel like they’re going you a massive favor and they don’t let you forget either. The woman that did my eyebrows kept telling me to get back down and not look at what she had done as she had another customer waiting for her. If I’m paying you I expect you to give me your full attention for my allocated time. The prices are high compared to the quality and the horrible customer service.
