WORST PLACE EVER! Do NOT get a hair cut here. I asked for a cut for 2-3 inches, and I had very long hair but someone there cut my hair by my neckline and made it very thin too. I asked for a U-cut, but she made it a very deep V cut and completely messed up my thick, long hair. Haircut

I have had 2 great experiences at Ruby salon in Global Mall – one a couple months back in May, and one in July. Parul did my treatments both times (I specifically requested her service at my second visit)- which included a haircut, hair coloring, facial, threading and bleach. She was was very good and I loved the way my hair and facial treatments turned out. I looked like a new person at the end of 3 hours! The salon has a nice ambiance and felt relaxing. Parul was courteous and professional. Personally, given my own experience, I would definitely recommend Parul @ Ruby Beauty Salon in Global Mall.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI got a haircut from this place and I can say that it was the absolute WORST decision that I have ever made in my life. The lady easily chopped off 4-5 inches of my hair even though I told her to cut an inch or less. When she realized that she screwed up, she responded with “ghar ki kethi hai.” Then she tried to convince me that my hair was “dead” and “lifeless.” Are you serious? The staff is rude, unprofessional, and incompetent.
