As an anniversary gift we got Our first time ever couples massage… while our massages were good and the massage therapists were sweet, (which is why I gave more than 1 star) but customer service front desk WAS NOT! The receptionist was not friendly, not welcoming and tbh not really professional in my opinion. Me and my husband aren’t the wealthiest looking I guess, but common we aren’t looking like bums! We didn’t think we would get the judgy looks like we did. We weren’t dressed in rags, we know how to dress! We just don’t seem to have the same style that fits their Rita Ranch style apparently. We tried to shrug it off after our check in but our check out and paying process was awkward and weird. We had a mid aged woman at check in and mid age guy at check out, although the girl was still up there. I hope they read this and understand you are the reason we will go somewhere else next time, and not recommend this specific place. Never judge a book by its cover because we were definitely trying it out, so we can find a place and get massages more often.
