Bruce is great. I get a hold of him via Facebook messenger and have had a great response rate. He does an awesome job and the building he is located in as of this writing (2/2019) is interesting to see. It is always a nice, relaxing experience. I’ve done multiple sessions with him and it has been great each time. Just let him know any trouble spots and what you might prefer or not, and he’ll get to work!

Had an appointment, which they confirmed by text. When I showed up, the owner was only one LMT there, as the other was no longer employed there. Since my appointment was not with the owner, I made the trip from Worley to Hayden for nothing, as he wasn’t able to put me on his schedule right then, but was going to call or text me. He never did. I have called and texted a few times, with no response. I gave them one star. UPDATE – the owner got back to me and made it all right. Best massage ever!

One star because no option for zero stars. Paid for Groupon. Made appointment, verified by rub bug via text. Took time off work, went to spa- nobody there, won’t answer phone, return calls or texts. Bad business.
