There was lovely conversation with the hairdresser I got, Medina, who unfortunately gave me a very uneven cut that looks nothing like what we agreed on. I came here since it looked like a nice place & a bit more expensive for what I imaged would be a better cut.

This is really just a request to management that you update your website and your services menu to provide up-to-date information. I couldn’t find any of the pricing or booking information online, so I had to call in over the phone and yet speaking with someone at reception was really not easy or convenient, they were vague about answering questions, and so I’m just considering finding a different salon…. Kinda felt like they were too busy, or didn’t really want my business. Just thought you would like to know. Looks like a lovely salon though

Had a great experience with Madina! She did haircut + color + highlight for me. As someone who just moved from nyc to studio city I do feel her skillset is like the best stylist who did my hair in East village. This place is superb with coffee/tea/muffins, I sit there for 4 hours so really appreciate some snacks during the process. Overall, I’ll recommend this place, especially Madina. She’s just awesome!

I got my hair done by Kaley and she exceeded all expectations! I have blonde hair that has been previously damaged so I am always a skeptic but oh my gosh my hair has never felt better. She’s so sweet and funny and the whole visit was so much fun and my hair is thanking me! Would recommended her every single time.

Came for a wax. By Miss P waxing. Miss P is awesome guys. Don’t be scared of some wax. Doesn’t hurt. Place is clean and looks great inside. Parking is not as bad as in most places on the BlVD. Parking is available behind the building. Small lot, but never had a issue with getting a spot.

Horrable salon!!! I thought I was thrilled to find my old hairdresser, Tobias. WRONG!!! I was mistaken to believe all the years of experience makes for a better hairdresser. WRONG again. Apparently he needs up to date further training. He literally destroyed my hair. Gave me his rendition of a brazilian blowout. Left me more frizzy than ever. Went to a brazilian blowout specialist, who confirmed it was the worst one he had ever seen, and he was pretty certain that it wasn’t bonded properly. After making numerous unanswered calls to the salon they decided to refund half. Afterwards i requested a photo of what product they used, the owner basically let me know ” he had done enough and i shud let it rest. Easy for him to say. I have to deal with this horrendous mess everyday. Very nasty and unprofessional,people. I would,not recommend them to anyone. Be careful everyone. They are fine when things go well…Lets just hope things go well for you
