Such a terrible experience for start to finish. I’ve been getting mani/pedis for over two decades and NEVER saw the kind of poor management and work ethic among the staff. I was going to go back in to talk to the manager today but when I woke up to my nails looking like this, I can’t give this place another minute of my time.

I was kinda torn about this place. I absolutely LOVED the 35.00 price tag for a full set of acrylics for my daughter and I, as I also loved my finished set! Spoiler alert!!!: it’s been two weeks, and I am back in the chair again, with 5 broken nails, (I do nothing physical whatsoever lol), and one that actually split my real nail in half! Cannot downplay the pain that I’m enduring from that fatal break! Not sure if it’s what they use, or maybe how they do it, but I’m at my original go to spot once again !

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI suppose I should’ve believed the reviews I read on Google. The nail tech was rude, pushing and pulling my hands between each nail. When I asked for my Nails to be cut down halfway, she barely took any off. I came in with coffin shape, and left with who knows what these are…. she did no shaping as I asked. My nails are bumpy and in some spots no top coat, I had to ask her to fix them. Needless to say, my nails look horrible. I suppose I should’ve believed the reviews I read on Google. The nail tech was rude, pushing and pulling my hands between each nail. When I asked for my Nails to be cut down halfway, she barely took any off. I came in with coffin shape, and left with who knows what these are…. she did no shaping as I asked. This is the absolute worse place to go. Took my daughter there for a set acrylic nails for her hand and toes painted. They never did the acrylic nails because my daughter didn’t want gel or it. They were very rude and disrespectful as well. Don’t ever go there

They really don’t care about the customer and they don’t do a good job either! I have been doing my nails for over 20 years in multiple states and locations this by far the worst experience I have ever had! Plus they are not clean. All the one star reviews are so true and I shouldn’t s step a foot and this place. Please save your money by not going there!
