Rosalind had been my hair stylist for every major event I have had. However, my recent experience was horrible. There was a lack of communication regarding my style and she did not give me the style I requested. During the miscommunication she proceeded to argue with me about it in front of other clients while in a tight space. One of her friends also insulted me regarding my child while i was there. She refused to respond when I contacted her about fixing my hair, and for this reason I have terminated the business relationship all together. I do, however wish her the best.
