I had two occasions at this Salon; the services that I received were excellent not one complaint can be made with what I received. The atmosphere was relaxing & the area appeared clean & tidy. The only reason I will not return to this salon is because the area is very small for the number of stations in addition, it was way too crowded. The first day not only was every pedicure & manicure station in use but people had their spouses/boyfriends, kids and even a baby sitting & standing in the waiting area. The second day, I had a pedicure, it was less crowded; when the previous client was finished in the chair it was not wiped clean. I made the decision to sit in it regardless. Now that decision was my own, however, the chair (or any of the stations been cleaned) I would be returning & my rating would be 5 stars

I went here when they first opened. Absolutely hands down amazing! The friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the establishment, and the calming atmosphere. They did not rush like other larger salons. The staff take their time, engage in conversation and are very flexible with indecisive people like me. Haha.

I came here for the first time a couple weeks ago for a gel pedicure and it was great. Staff was personable and did a good job. I recently went back for a scheduled appt and once arriving I was told they had no record of my appt on the schedule. I had called the day prior to make the appt and spoke to someone who confirmed the time and day. Since they had forgotten to note my appt I was offered a minimum one hour wait time or to reschedule. I understand mistakes happen but this is very disappointing as I needed my nails done for a wedding. Especially after making sure to pre appoint, accommodating my schedule and traveling close to half an hour one-way solely for this appt. Staff was apologetic in trying to resolve the issue but I’m overall disappointed in how this entire situation was handled.

I’ve been here a couple times now and have been extremely happy every time. I get acrylic extensions with gel polish, the acrylic are hands down the best set I’ve gotten town, they’re not thick and clunky like so many sets I’ve had. Employees are all helpful and friendly and the complimentary beverages are a nice surprise too
