Stephanie at R&R is a one-of-a-kind massage therapist! I have been searching for shoulder and neck relief for a few years now from repeated motorcycle accidents, while trying massage therapists in California all the way to NC. I met with Stephanie last Friday, 07/22, and she gave me so much muscle tension relief in all my problem areas! Compared to other larger massage offices, Stephanie really took to time to discuss my physical issues and long-term goals for therapy, and got right to work! 10/10 professionalism and a beautiful office ambiance. I will 100% be returning this week and for as long as I am still in the Jacksonville, NC area! Visit R&R- You won’t regret it!

I went and got a 60 minute deep tissue massage today from Stephanie. When I arrived, Stephanie introduced herself and was very welcoming. She asked me if there were any problem areas I needed work on. Once I told her about my problem areas, she explained everything that she was going to do so I could understand it. The massage room was very inviting and relaxing. Stephanie and I carried on a conversation while she gave me my massage. I am usually very introverted, but I felt very comfortable speaking with her. After the massage was over, she told me what to expect and aftercare. This was an amazing massage, my back and neck feel awesome, and I will definitely be back. I also recommend that everyone goes to see her for a massage. Thank you Stephanie.

10/10 would recommend!!! She was AMAZING and did everything she could to help me with my pain. She really focused on what was hurting and asked questions before hand to make sure I was getting done what I wanted done. She was very friendly and I was completely comfortable and enjoyed having conversation with her. If you are looking for a good massage therapist THIS IS YOUR WOMAN!! I will definitely be coming back and recommend everyone I know to her!!

Stephanie is an expert. She was easily able to target my tightest spots and relieved tension using trigger point therapy. It was also a good learning session as she talked through how specific muscles were causing tension in other areas. I had a tight rhomboid (didn’t know thats what that was) which was keeping my upper back stiff. She loosened it up easily! She even advised me on stretches I should be doing on my own to target that part of my back. She is clearly a wealth of knowledge. You are missing out if you go else where.

Came in for a deep tissue because I had sharp pain when turning my neck to the left. Stephanie was able to get to the source of the pain and I left there with no pain. I’ve had other massages in the past where I went in with pain and and although it felt better after, i would leave with the pain still there, but not with Stephanie. She wouldn’t let me leave until she figured it out. Not only a great massage but she actually wanted to help me get rid of my pain vs just doing the massage and getting it done with like others in the past. I will def be back. Come check this place out for great quality work.

Stephanie was fantastic. Took my girlfriend there for a prenatal massage and to help her with some sciatica pain. Stephanie worked with her for 90 minutes, relieving aches and pains that she didn’t even know she had. On top of that, Stephanie was awesome enough to show me how to massage a key pain point for my girlfriend to help her privately. All in all, was a great comfortable experience. Stephanie does my massages. She is amazing! Best massage I’ve ever had especially when I need migraine relief. She does great with deep tissue and is very knowledgeable about pain management. I love her!!! Highly recommended!
