My son had an appointment on Friday and wasn’t able to get his haircut due to the weather, the owner reached out to me and volunteered to cut my son hair first this Saturday morning. This is the kind of customer service I recommend clients to go to. I am highly grateful for this barber shop seeing it’s the holiday it would’ve been hard to get anyone else to squeeze my son in. Wasted a hour waiting for the barber Johnathan to arrive for my appointment. I arrived on time and the barber never showed up. The irony is if “you” the customer miss an appointment there’s a $20 charge. Time is more valuable than ever now, don’t waste yours by booking with Johnathan.

Brought my 8 yr old in to get a cut. Barbers we’re very unprofessional playing explicit music while using very foul language… Not recommended cut shop for the young ones. They couldn’t take card because one of the employees messed all of the store transactions up. Heard the story twice. Had to go down to ATM an withdrawal the funds. An extra 4$ UNPROFESSIONAL!
