I called an hour In advance to set up my appointment for 11:45 and I get there at 11:43 and Rozy proceeded to take another client tells me to give her 5 mins and took 15 to 18 mins and when I told her I didn’t appreciate her skipping me even after I called to book an appointment, she got mad and started telling me I was wrong. I was disgusted by this treatment because I’ve been coming here for months and she’s canceled 2 of my appointments for being 2 mins late and now I’m 2 mins early and she proceeds to take another client before me. She refused service because I expressed that I didn’t appreciate her being unprofessional and not taking accountability and blaming the customer. Rude and double standard, if you expect your client to be on time then expect to service them when they get there on time.
