I had the misfortune of going here and I want to prevent anyone else from making the same mistake as me. I had horrible service because the lady I dealt with was most likely super brand new and the price went up. The lady starts “threading” and what is mean by that is she was just tapping on my eyebrows and the hairs she was actually removing were not what I needed to be removed at all. I let her know I was unsatisfied and needed to have the job finished by the other lady who had been there before and she told me “She’ll be back later today”. I told her to just stop and I was told the eyebrow threading is now $7 even if you pay with cash. (It was $5 cash before). I now have ugly eyebrows and I still had to pay for a service I was not happy with. Do yourself a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. My service was done on 8/25/22.

Hair that used to be down to my hips, knotted into dense locks; I thought I’d have to razor it off :/ But then I found Rozy. I worked hard to grow my hair, so chopping it off was a foreign idea. She assured me she’d work her magic. I was met with kindness and charm. Rozy was determined to keep as much length as she could whilst fashioning a beautiful style that illuminated me. Her quick and meticulous work has renewed my energy! Rozy, you are very experienced and smart with your methods. I feel immense relief and motivation; you really did some magic for sure. Just walked out of the salon. Walked in and was not acknowledged or even looked at. Stylist was working on a clients hair and speaking in their language. I signed in as I always do. Less than five minutes another patron comes in and is acknowledged. The patron seats next to me. Talks in their language and patron goes to sit in stylist chair. I said excuse me, of course ignored. I get up to leave and stylist tells me she was already here and had went out to get some food. The rudeness is unacceptable and I refuse to spend my money at a place that blatantly shows racism. Too many eyebrow salons to be accept their behavior.

I have been going to the salon for my eyebrows since 2018. I have tried out other salons, but I always go back to this one. I have only had my eyebrows done by Naz and Rozy. They have never let me down. I have had facials, eyebrows, full face, and eyebrow tinting done at this location. Everyone is always so friendly. They do have their rush hours, but they get you in and out in an efficient time. They will always be the only place where I will get my eyebrows done.

I came here because of the reviews,but left unsatisfied. The lady that was at the shop today didn’t seem to care about what I wanted. She did even ask what type of shape I was looking for. I advise her of the shape I was looking for and that I didn’t want certain areas even touched. She didn’t listen at all and continued with what she felt. I was very upset because I grow out my eyebrows for 2 months so that I can reshape them but now I have to redo the process…. I can’t speak on the rest of the crew cause I never got my eyebrows done with them but definitely not a place I’ll be going back to.

I’ve been coming here to get my eyebrows threaded and upper lip waxed for about 5 years. Everyone is very kind and welcoming. The salon, waiting, and restroom is always clean and organized. This is not one of those places that will thread your eyebrows too thin. They know exactly what you mean if you want to keep your thick eyebrows. She shapes them amazingly as well! I haven’t gone to anyone else since!

I always come here to get my eyebrows done since they always know what I want but the last time I went, my experience was terrible! I was rushed because there was another customer behind me. There was a new lady who was working here who dug into my eyebrows so harshly that it’s been stinging for days. She did not even properly care for my eyebrows (both before and after) and rushed me away even though I came first and had been waiting for a while. I especially asked her to keep my eyebrows thick and she still made them so thin. I recommend Rosy’s when the other workers and the owner are here but not when this new lady is here. There should be some decency and respect to a paying customer. I’m disappointed in their service for the first time.
