Critical: QualityI’m upset I paid over $150 and my hair cut was not done right. First off I went on Mother’s Day I guess her kids came to celebrate with her which I don’t mind but she left me on the chair with hair color on while she went outside with her kids to eat I guess for over 30 mins ! One of the other ladies came to check on me and washed my hair so I’m just sitting their with my hair wet then another lady comes to o dry my hair . I told her I don’t think my hair cut is done because she basically just cut off the portion didn’t style or anything but she said she was done and that the lady is fast . I told them many times I wanted a hair treatment. So then the lady who cut my hair dries and styles it for an additional $45 without letting me know I was guna get charged extra and tells me I can get the treatment next time . That is not good service not listening to your client needs! I’m upset I paid over $150 and my hair cut was not done right. They ruined my eyebrows making them look like an upside down V and never even cleaned them the way I wanted! My mom asked Rozina, the so-called owner, how much she charges for a haircut and if the quality of the highlight lasts.
