Went in for a Acrylic nails for my two teen daughters. They wanted to charge $75 each even though prices in the book started at $45. The girl tried to argue with me about prices. The pedicure I received was mediocre, nothing special. The nails weren’t evenly cut. The girl spent very little time on my nails and didn’t even attempt to cut ingrown toenails down. Most places we go at least attempt to cut down the side. We won’t be returning to Royalty nails Norman! The moore location is excellent- go there. A wasted trip of time & money.

Royalty Nail and Spa it really feels like home there ! Everyone is so so nice and attentive. so sweet and remembers me even when I call in to make an appointment. The staff is so careful and meticulous with their work. They are always willing to change a color if I don’t love it or will help me find matching colors for my. Truly the best nail salon! I can say enough good things about the salon itself and the warm and wonderful staff!

I came in on a Saturday afternoon. They were nice when I came in and told me it was okay to sit down while someone assist me. While 10 min sitting there the water started over flowing since they were not paying attention. Even my brand new sneakers got soaked but what really frustrated me is that There was two workers in the far end just sitting there laughing instead of assisting and helping which made me leave immediately.

Worst place ever. Next day 6 nails are broken. Call and they say they’ll fix it. Come in two hours later and told their too busy. I usually get my nails done somewhere else for years now and have never had issues with chipping like this. Refused to refund, but too busy to fix. Never coming back, I can’t believe unprofessional this place is.

So this place was recommended to me by an old friend. Lily did a fantastic job on my nails. So much better than the botched nails I had on previously with a different place. She really took her time and asked me constantly if what she was doing was right or ok. It loses the 5th star for 2 things. Their nail polish racks were all out of order. The regular nail polish mixed with the gel. Making it difficult to find what I wanted. The second was I specifically asked for one out of 2 people to do my nails and I ended up with some one else. I asked why when I paid and the lady said she was unaware of my request and very sorry. Then asked if I was at least happy with the services. So over all not bad. Will definitely go back.

The first time I came to this location was as a wedding party of 6 girls and we had such a lovely time. We all got pedicure and 3 if us got full acrylic set, they turned put perfect. This is not the first time this happened. The last time it happened I let them know and someone other than my tech fixed it. I’ve been going here for over 3years and it’s been great but the atmosphere has went downhill. The owner never seems friendly anymore and acted annoyed when I requested a different nail tech. I only did this because he did a terrible job last time. I’m planning to find a different place to go after this experience.
