Frances is an awesome nail stylist! I’ve been her client for at least 8 years. She introduces the latest techniques, specializes in nail art, and most importantly emphasizes nail health. She knows when to suggest certain styles and techniques that are specific to each of her clients. I just love her attention to detail. David gives the best pedi massages and he also specializes in back massage. The spa is under new ownership and they are bringing vibrance to the place. Definitely try Royale Retreat!

I love this nail place. It was a little out of my way because of what I was doing today, but the other place I tried first didn’t have anyone wearing a mask! ♀️ Royale Retreat is clean, staff are friendly and they do a great job! Added bonus… they weren’t too busy and took me right away.

Professional, always clean, quiet and calm. Very competitive prices, always the same employees, my favorite place to take a break. Never feel cramped together or rushed. But i recommend making an appointment or visiting on the same days and time. Most visitors are getting refills and pedicures, not many visit for extravagant nail designs. Do not recommend visiting if you are in a hurry.

I have been going to Royal Retreats for about a year to get my nails done. The staff is excellent and give so much personal attention, always leaving me a satisfied return customer. David, Helen, Mimi give amazing foot massages along with the pedicure. I love this place!

It was the worst experience ever! I walked in and was not greeted. I showed the technician a specific look that I wanted for my nails. It was a coffin shape pink and white ombre. As she was doing my nails I pointed out inconsistencies several times. The nails were no where near the shape and the ombre was sloppy there were spots of color pink peeking through the white nail tip area. At the end I politely asked to speak to the manager. Both managers where in the place of business tending to other customers and refused to see the issue. The technician constantly asked that I pay and come back tomorrow and that the manager will refund my money. I politely turned down the offer and and once again asked to speak to a manager. No one stepped up. I walked out of the establishment and an old many yelled called me out of my name (b-word) and threatened to call the cops if I did not clip off my nails. They were unprofessional and I will never be going back.

they did an OK job and yes affordable but after my nails were done and i was waiting for them to dry the lady that just finished doing my nails then proceeded to file her nails and cut them right there…like she didn’t even move away from where she just painted my nails…weird.
