When booking services at Royal Tresses Hair Salon, you receive a high quality and efficient service. All of the stylists are very professional and about their business. This salon is not your typical salon. The salon is clean, the hair washing bowls are comfortable, and you leave feeling and looking great and not like you just left an gossip bashing session. They provide a excellent service in record timing. Everytime I leave, I always get compliments on my hair. Crystal is the bomb, manages a great salon, and is about her business.

Crystal is awesome! So gentle with my hair and with detangling my knots, and very fast! I got washed, deep conditioned, pressed and trimmed in an hour! The atmosphere of the salon is very comfy, and they had a dessert table and a bagel table for clients! I will definitely be back!

I contacted this business to create a wig for my birthday. I received respect up until I placed the order. I was told she would make and ship out my wig by the Saturday, Saturday turned into Monday because she then claimed her frontals weren’t delivered then promised my wig would be shipped out by Monday 5pm. Then she did not contact me or ship my wig ignored my message until the following day. Long story short she did not ship my wig until the following Wednesday and then went back to usps and picked my wig back up. Prior to any of this upon receipt of my order she posted a wig sale the following day with plenty of different textured frontal units. Which I also have screen shots of. She is very unprofessional and bad for business. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

I did not have a good experience with Ayress she made comments about my hair that embarrassed me, it made me feel less than. I understand I have shorter hair but that doesn’t mean you make offensive comments and jokes. That wasn’t funny and I didn’t find anything funny about her remarks. No respect at all, then when I leave a constructive review she deletes it no professionalism at all
