With a name like royal treatment one would have certain basic expectations for her spa day experience: nice welcoming staff, A relaxing mood or vibe. Soft gentle relaxing music, warm massage oils, an overall peaceful experience, and of course a rejuvenating massage. From the start, the website states walk-ins are welcome. I call to schedule an appointment, the receptionist huffed and puffed over the phone as if me scheduling an appointment was an inconvenience. However, the appointment was scheduled. When I walked into the establishment it was clean with nice modern construction. But the masseuse who greeted me did not meet expectations.
