Brown people alert: I wanted so bad to like this place as they do a pretty decent job of doing French dip. Upon visiting this nail salon I’ve noticed weird rude like attitudes towards me for absolutely no reasoning. I come in usually appointment only for me as I like to get in and out do to my tight life schedule. I was going to the nail tech Cindy and noticed her rude attitude towards me so I requested to change nail techs not stating why because I didn’t want to create any issues. I was then placed with the nail tech Bebe in which she was decent just the standard nail tech getting straight to business as that’s actually my favorite. I tip great! $8- $15 each French dip which is $60. I had a 9:30am appointment upon opening, walked in and my nail tech Bebe approaches me asking my request looks at my nails and walks away in my face upon talking to her. I sat down with someone else as they directed since Bebe was occupied with a pedicure. It is a Saturday and 9:30am I am an appointment as stated previously. I sit down with this random nail tech and she starts to take off the dip already placed on my nails from a previous appointment. After removing the dip she asks for a request in dip colors, starts doing my nails which was fine at this point I was going to get them done with no intentions of returning since I can see that I’m not wanted in this facility. She had absolutely no knowledge of how to do a French dip and proceeded to gaslight me and make it look as if I was being confrontational. I politely informed her that I didn’t want anything any longer as when I asked about my appointment with Bebe she started to tell me about my nails instead. She apologized and tried to reschedule while whispering. I’ve never written a review but this is completely unacceptable. I won’t return. Pictures of how I left.

I feel really bad even writing this review because the woman doing my nails was so sweet. Unfortunately, I’ve been here a few times now when my regular nail girl wasn’t available, and more often than not, the service is inconsistent. Today they were extremely busy (I’m assuming because of the new year), but they were able to fit me in. I was very grateful for that & the tech kept apologizing for having to get up every 2 mins to take care of people at the door. She was very sweet but very unorganized and rushed through the entire process. My nails are unevenly shaped, the gel polish is already chipping, and not evenly dispersed. Unfortunately I am going out of the country for a month and will now have to just deal with my nails looking like this. I just feel as if $50 was a lot for a less than mediocre nail job. I won’t be back.

This is the best nail salon I have been to in royal oak! I love the way they do my dip manicure. I highly recommend you ask for Thu(2), she always does such a great job! I have been going here regularly for a year and a half now. I really enjoy getting an orange deluxe pedicure, it smells amazing and it’s so relaxing!

The salon was able to get me in last minute which was greatly appreciated. I was on a last minute trip to Michigan when a family member fell ill so I had to cancel with my usual tech in New England. The lady who gave me a pedicure was thorough and rigorous and both my toenails and my dips looked great. I was thoroughly satisfied. However, I removed my toe polish myself a couple weeks later and here is what I found!!! I am following suggested regimen by a specialist however if anyone has any other recommendations, I’d love to hear them.

I love this place! It was one of the first places I visited after we got off lockdown because of covid. Tracy is my favorite Nail Tech and I always let her pick whatever she wants to do to my nails. I am never disappointed! I also love that I get to make an appointment instead of walking in and waiting. Highly recommended!

Just had my nails done. Fabulous job. I went to write my review and seen the negative review concerning brown people. I have been coming to this salon for along time. Never have had a bad experience and if there was anything I did not like they always corrected the issue.

I was able to get a same day appointment. Their set up for covid procedures is great, I felt very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the decor was very pretty and setup nicely. I’m a newbie with pedicures and getting my nails done, but Kim my technician was so helpful and so nice. I showed her what I wanted for my nails and she matched it perfectly. The massage chairs are wonderful, I can’t recommend the deluxe pedicure enough, it was so relaxing. After a long winter my feet were dry and not very pretty aka ugly callouses, but I left with soft pretty feet ready to wear sandals this spring without cringing when someone looks at my toes. Im making my husband go next time so they can pretty up his gross man feet;) Kim did amazing with my full set too, she helped match the 3 colors I wanted ( theres tons of polish colors to chose from) and she was quick and gentle while doing my nails, but never did I feel rushed. I’m in love with my pastel french manicure and pastel blue toes. I will definitely be back and I will bring my daughter for the kids mani pedi too.

I recently moved back to Detroit from Austin about six months ago and have been meaning to check this salon out. I went there last weekend and this is definitely going to be my go to nail salon. They have a wonderful color selection and their massage chairs are absolutely amazing. On top of that the service was meticulous and careful. My technician was Kim. Also, I felt very comfortable with their COVID procedures. The salon has a beautiful aesthetic and is very clean.
