I’ve only been to Sasha about four times; the 4th time an apprentice washed my hair, which I didn’t want or appreciate. The wash took long, she splashed water on me and it wasn’t thorough. I did a silk wrap. Literally, my hair was puffy and not attractive. I didn’t say anything. Over the course of the two three days, hundreds of strands of hair came out. I had to wash and deep condition my hair only three days after getting my hair done to stop the shedding. She was on a weekend trip and took days to respond. Only an apology for the late response, she she “let’s do a protein treatment” after not being able to move my appt up a day (she’s at capacity and knowing something done at her salon made my hair shed – a week later it’s still shedding), I decided her damaging my hair, lack of flexibility, lack of urgency or apology, I decided to take the “L” and go elsewhere. My hair is natural with no chemicals in it for years and her salon made my hair fall out. Plus, she overcharges. A basic toner for $50??? And there isn’t a COVID readiness. She’s never worn a mask. Beware.
