Terrible work by a staff stylist that the Manager, Cathy, is standing by. Manager offered a refund for my daughter’s haircut, which was a butchered, but refused to offer a refund for “ombre custom color”, which is anything but an ombre custom color. Stylist also botched my haircut, leaving several places in the back of my hair several inches shorter than the overall length, blunt cut in horizontal lines. Stylist that my daughter and I had was Meagan, and I can’t for the life of me figure out why a manager would stand behind this work and refuse to offer a refund. I asked for a refund since I live 100 miles away, but the manager refused, only offering to fix this botched job which would require me to both trust myself in their hands again and taking an additional day off of work and traveling 100 miles agani. Offering to fix it when you’ve completely lost the customer’s trust is a bad business practice. I wouldn’t return to this salon for any reason, much to have my hair ruined further than it already is.

This salon is professional and educated in their art. The lady’s who work here are amazing; Juanita does phenomenal with accurate precision when doing a set of nails, the newest edition Jenna is a craftsman when it comes to styling and last Cathy is amazing all around. Cathy has skill, knowledge and great customer service with eye for fashion. From beginning to end, when you step foot in this salon you will feel “Royal”. Thank you for the great hair color Cathy, style Jenna and my amazing nails Juanita!!!

Royal Rock Salon is the best salon experience I have ever had! I am so happy with my new hairdo, usually I am a little scared of trying new things with my hair since it is naturally red and not everything works on a redhead. #cathychavez did an amazing job and it shows she cares about the outcome of her clients hair, she spent time making sure she knew what I wanted and expected. I wanted a balayage bob and the outcome was so great that I will not need to worry about trying new things with my hair when I visit the Royal Rock Salon and see Cathy! Also, the atmosphere was friendly & made me feel as though I had been there before! Well deserved 5 stars!!!

O. M. G. I went in with some short rather (craptastic) hair and I wanted extensions. Jenna went ABOVE. AND. BEYOND. for ya girl. She squeezed me in to her schedule with short noice, worked with the extensions I bought from Sally’s, worked past closing, and still took pictures of my hair. She color matched so good that my soul is whole. She is literally a GAMECHANGER in the hair industry. 10/10 will always go back to her! She was so sweet and funny! I will always recommend this salon. ❤
