I love Royal Oak nails! Tina, the manager is such a sweetheart and truly wants every customer to leave happy and feeling beautiful. My nails have never chipped and I have waited almost a month in between appointments. The salon is clean and efficient. I have brought several friends and they all are return clients. My friend and I just got our nails done at Royal Oak Nails and it was a fabulous experience. Everyone was super kind and friendly. We were late because of a flat tire and when we called, they told us it would be no problem and accommodated us. Great service, great nails, great people! We loved both of our nails. My sister and I came in here to have our nails fixed after going to a different nail salon first. The customer service here is stellar. They’re accommodating, reasonable, but most importantly do good nails the right way!! Gave me exactly what I wanted. Don’t waste your time and money trying another place. I’ve gone here a few times and they’ve always been good, in that my nails last a decent amount of time. This time, however, was unfortunately a different experience. I had an appointment scheduled for 630 for a gel manicure and a pedicure. I got there at 6:20 and checked in, but it was not until after seven that they finally got me in. They took me over to get my gel manicure first, which I thought was weird because they always do pedicures first so that the nails can dry. However, they were busy so I didn’t comment on this. My nails got done and the technician brought me up to pay, and that was when I commented that I was also scheduled for a pedicure. She annoyingly commented saying I should have done that first, like I asked to get the manicured on first. They set me up and got my pedicure started. They were rushing to get it done so fast that the girl who was buffing my feet ended up missing my foot and scratched up my ankle and side of foot. It started bleeding and she just wiped it off and never apologized even when I said it hurt. By the time my pedicure ended up drying and I went to go pay, I pulled out my card and asked if they could add the tip money straight onto the total amount. I have been here and they have done that every time, however, this time they said they could only do cash tip and pointed me to an ATM. I obliged because I wanted to tip, however, when I was walking to the ATM the lady asked if I could get cash out and do the entire payment that way. Like I said, I’ve been here many times and have always had no problem using card. While three dollars is not a lot of money, it is annoying to have to pay an ATM fee when I know their card machine works just fine. There are way too many nail places in this town to have a mediocre experience at one, will definitely be trying somewhere else out next time.

I have been here 3 times now. They are busy but always able to squeeze you in. I got dip nails done and two nails with design. I am happy with how my nails look in terms of shape and color but very disappointed in the price point. 45 for dip which is normal. And 15 bucks for 2 nails with design. I have been getting my nails done for 6-7 years and have never been asked that much for two nails. If I did all my nails then maybe. I asked how much if I did the design on all my nails she said 20 and that it is cheaper to do the design on all my nails , (of course after she was done doing my nails).
