Definitely not going back there. I could get past the messy nail design, because it’s not something i expected from a nail salon of this type, but to mess up the nails itself? The products are good / long lasting. However, they need a secretary!! If you get stuck with a manager doing your service, they will be constantly interrupted by answering the phone, scheduling appointments, greeting customers, and problem solving. They do not say no to walk ins even when they are booked, and it makes the other customers suffer because they will rush! I was stuck with a manager today and a manicure pedicure and it took 2.5 hours due to these issues, and I did not even get to have my complimentary massage. I should not be paying over 100 dollars to leave there stressed out. Also, they will switch workers halfway through the service, so you have to end up tipping multiple people. Scam. Do better!

Critical: Quality*Edited* At first my nails came out great but after 3 days, not only did one of them snap in half while scratching my leg and ripped my natural nail and bled everywhere, they also started to crack (I got the dip powder). Basic pedi was a foot wash. The lady did not speak and didn’t do the same thing on each leg/foot. Polish chipped the next day. I question why I wasn’t offered water while others were. The chair massage was excellent, however. Pedicure
