I only go to this place to get my eyebrows done. She does a great job with eyebrows . They always say “ no pedicure ?” “ no manicure ?” I politely decline , as I go to Classy nails for my nails and toes. I’ve never let them touch my nails as I was with a friend who got her nails done and I asked where she went cause they looked horrible . She said “ Royal Nails and Tan” . They were all different shapes and polish wasn’t smooth. After looking at reviews , I’m not the only one who thinks their nail job is horrible . I will never get them done here . Just eyebrows and out.

terrible. feel like my nails were rushed through. all of my nails are a different shape and size. they are not smooth and polish shows it. i’ve given this salon multiple chances and i’ve only ever gotten results I like once. I should not have to rush home, take the polish off, and start filing my nails myself. it is not worth the TIME nor the money.

This was one the the most worst experiences of my life. I walked in and asked if I could get a fill. I was completely ignored. They were not even busy. If they had been busy and not answered me. I wouldn’t have cared. But, multiple workers where sitting waiting but never came to help or asked what I would like. Then when they finally answered they were very rude. The lady doing my nails did an extremely poor job. She left spots of my old nail color on my nails. And she just painted over them. My acrylic nails where all different shapes. Some square, some more round. It was so aweful. I paid 40 dollars for these and left immediately and when to another nail shop.

Terrible salon…stay away if you care about the quality of your nails. I went in for a gel manicure and asked for a simple bow design on my ring finger. The tech could not draw the design and I ended up just getting a couple of stripes instead. When I got home, I realized how sloppy and lumpy the gel polish was. Looked like a 5 year old did my nails. I went back today to have them redo my nails. I asked for a different design and showed the picture to 2 different techs. Halfway through the manicure the tech tells me that she can’t do the design that I asked for and that it is too late for her to fix what she’s already done. I toll her to just take the nail polish off and she says that she will charge me for removal. I then tried to leave and she told me that I had to pay for the manicure. That wasn’t what I asked for. That was a redo. That wasn’t finished
