I went in to receive a pedicure. A new young lady was assigned to me. From the start, I began to worry. The water was hot and when I advised this, she added cold water and wanted me to immediately put my feet in, I did and it was still hot. Another employee advised her to fix this and she did (seemed strange that she had to be told this). Once the service began, her attention to detail was lacking. Another employee (two at this point) was coaching her the entire time. When it came to my heels, I advised that I wasn’t pleased. She tried to fix this, but it wasn’t working. The lady who was coaching her told me that this was the best they could do. Mind you, my heels were not bad (had a pedicure 4 weeks ago) and I know from prior experiences, in this salon, that they can do better. When I asked for the manager, another lady (3 at this point; wears black salon coat; has brunette bob haircut in her early 40s) hollers across the room to me that the young lady had been doing nails for years in California. I was outdone!!!! How dare you intervene in something that had nothing to do with you. I am paying for a service and should be pleased with it no matter what. The manager came and immediately made everything right. In the process, he also went back and cleaned up the errors made by the young lady. If I could give the manager 5 stars, I would. I’ve been going to this salon for at least 6 years. Unfortunately, I will never go back.

Took my daughter to get a fill but found out that her nails (acrylic) were coming up. She suggested a different type of nail (powder) that would last longer and even helped her pick out a color that suited her much better than the color we picked. Lol. Definitely didn’t mind paying extra for something that my daughter says feels and looks so much better.

Took my girlfriend to get mani-pedi, they jacked up her nails, uneven, piss poor job. The polish looks like a kid who couldn’t color within the lines did it. They took off the mail polish but didn’t bother to clean her nails.

Like the salon, I wish the staff interacted more with the customers. My 3 year old daughter wanted her nails painted and an employee (younger man) was amazing with my daughter. Two visits so far and I have been pleased.

I went here around a week and a half ago. First time coming here the man who did my nails was kind of rude, I got a full set and they are just popping off. They were very pretty though. I also brought my step daughter and asked for her nails and toe nails to be painted, they only did her fingers but charged for both, my sister also got a full set, hers were very well done(not sure who did them) but I have mixed emotions about this place. Her. Nails are still intacts and mine are just flying off as they please.
