Usually I love coming here and the owner and Andy are amazing, however, if these two don’t do your nails don’t go here. I don’t mind paying more for designs but at least take your time when doing it, don’t do it sloppy or so quickly that it doesn’t come out correctly and please don’t make me feel uncomfortable for making sure that I get what I am paying for. These decals or foils were 20$ extra and as you can see we’re not placed on right and when I was upset about it no one conversed with me ; instead they spoke to each other in another language making me feel uncomfortable for stating so. On top of that I had made an appointment the day before for both nails and pedicure but was treated like an inconvenience; when my nails were done she sent me off with a slip to go pay and I had to remind them that I wanted a pedicure as well. After my pedicure was done then the lady that had done my nails quickly and carelessly asked me to come back over to her station and she would try to fix it; which I did appreciate but my toes were still drying and no one helped me try to get my sandals back on and of course they were smudged. I normally never complain but this was the worst experience I have ever had here. And I always tip very well! To be charged over 100 dollars for a manI and pedi I at the very least expected to have a nice job done and to not be treated with such disrespect. The lady that did my nails had such a poor attitude it really saddens me. I don’t think I will come back.

The way you treat your lowest paying customer says so much about your business. I got a basic manicure. They were very good about telling me that regular manicures can chip quickly . They wanted to be sure I knew what I was paying for. I was fine with that. She still treated me kindly throughout my service and took care to make my experience pleasant . My nails look great! I stayed for a bit to let them air dry really well . I am so pleased and I will definitely come back!

I went in for my regular manicure and pedicure, and the lady who did it was so friendly, chatty, and nice to talk to (it’s always nice when people are happy to see you). I got a full set of nails done. I will definitely come back again

I was instantly questioning the place when she told me I had to pay $20 extra for a manicure with my dip powder and that it would be done after she did the dip powder and that I would see grow out….when I asked her to do it before she finally said ok after a few times of me asking. The dip powder wasn’t filed evenly but looked ok. My biggest problem is that only a week out and the gel top coat she put on is peeling off. I have never had that happen. I have been getting my nails done for years and this is new to me.

Royal nails and spa. This place makes its customers feel unwelcome. I’ve been coming and I’ve seen that they get upset because they have very expensive packages and I always ask for the basic one. I made an appointment and for the first time I couldn’t get there and when I called the next day to make another appointment the owner told me that they weren’t going to give me an appointment anymore. In short, he refused me service. I apologized for not having arrived. and I will never go there again. These people need training on how to serve their customers.

I normally go to the nail shop to pamper myself and relax. However, they made me feel so uncomfortable during the pedi session. The lady was sitting at the left side of the pedi chair and doing my nails, which made me in a very awkward position, especially when she was doing my right hand. I couldn’t relax and enjoy my pedi time at all. Definitely not a customer-oriented service! Plus, I was charged more for the mani without clear explanations.
