I had 2 bad experiences and i don’t think i’m going back. On the 1st one they forgot about me in the massage chair for more than an 1 hr. I had to go to the chiropractor after that day because i hurt my back from being too long in the massage chair. On the second experience they ruined my eyebrows and my nails. They left my eyebrows really thin to the point where i have to paint my eyebrows. My nails were done by the new employee they have. She was really nice the only thing that i didn’t like was that she cut me since the beginning of the process. she left my nails really thick from the top and really thin from the bottom. She added a hot pink color to my nail after i told her that i wanted neutral colors. I even show her i picture of the nails i wanted but she got upset when i told her that i was not happy with my nails. She told Ruby and Ruby didn’t let me explain to her what was going on. She just told me to pay and come back so she can fix my nails. well i came back and she fix my nails. she did and amazing job but still i’m upset because she color my nails gray after i told her that i wanted neutral colors. I even took my daughter for her pedicure and her manicure but she was upset because she ask for little diamonds and she got a drew flower instead and they never ask me if that was ok with me. I’m very grateful with Ruby for fixing my nails. but we’re not coming back NO more. She lost 3 reallygood costumers. Please let them know when your not happy. WE can’t continue paying for something that we don’t like.

The establishment is very clean and welcoming. Of the various times I have been here, I have only had to wait ONCE for about 10 minutes to be tended to. I have not gotten an acrylic set of nails yet, but they all do amazing shellac manis and pedis! 10/10 would recommend to anyone! I have been going to Royal Nails for about 7 months now and absolutely love my mani/pedi every time! The establishment is very clean and welcoming. Of the various times I have been here, I have only had to wait ONCE for about 10 minutes to be tended to. Did my nails very crooked and when I asked her to fix them she got a little upset, the tips were too large for my finger and I thought they’d be fine after she shaped them but they are still very wide. Wouldn’t return again.
