I wish there was an option to give this place 0 stars. My co workers and I were treated to pedicures my another employer. They called in advance and told them how many people we had coming. They were obviously not prepared for approximately 15 people and had maybe 3-5 techs working. They sped through the pedicures. Each one of ours took MAYBE 15 minutes and during mine, the lady took a HUGE chunk out of my toe. This was in march and it is now almost July and I still have a bad scar from it. (Posted in photos at the top) No apology or anything came from them. Our toe nails were not even completely painted when we left. One of my co workers ended up going back to have hers re done…surprisingly they were nice enough and did it. BEWARE of this place.

I love this salon. I don’t go anywhere else. The atmosphere takes you out of Abilene for a moment. Sunny & Henry do great manicures, acrylics, and pedicures, always offer wine or water at no charge & never mind chit chatting w/ their customers. I recommend the stone massage pedicures, as long as the rocks are hot enough you feel heavenly after. If you need waxing done this is also a great place to check out. Extremely busy during the weekend, and almost never a wait during the week. )They have like 9 nail stations and 16 pedi stations

What a joke!!!! I went for a pedicure and originally had black polish on. The tech half way took it off and when telling her, she acted like she didn’t understand. Then to get a fill…. I had on gel the lazy lady decided to use a drill to take it off. Poor quality of service but nice building though!

Under construction currently. They did SUCH a good job and are excellent at providing personalized service. TONS of nail designs and they really pay attention to detail and make sure you’re satisfied. The guys are hilarious and relatable.

I thought this place would be wonderful, it looked so nice on the inside. The young people that worked there were completely unprofessional. They were on their phones and watching TV while doing mine and another lady’s feet…ummmm shouldn’t you be doing what I’m paying for???? And this goofy young guy kept coming over and having conversations and showing them stuff on his phone…and it would have been possibly excusable if my pedicure had been great…unfortunately it was the worst I’ve ever had…save your money.

Came here with mom to g. et my very first pedicure (I’m 23 lol). It was… Amazing. Felt so nice and the guys doing our fewer were super nice. They have a ton oid colors to ch oose from. The lady who painted the rose on my toe was really good! She put so much detail in it. She was pretty much free handing on my toe which was nice because I didn’t expect it. I only expected a simple rose! They also do hot stone massages! I also like the location. Not in a crowded mall or on a busy street. Yes, its next to a pizza place but once your inside you drift into a different world. My ONLY COMPLAINT is that I wa chilly inside the building. Mom and I were fteezing. Nice on hot day but was cold day we went. My mom also mentioned that she liked how they didn’t make her feel dumb, as in they spokee with you and had conversations with you, the customer not just each other in a language you could not understand. They acknowledge you as a customer which is great.

DO NOT GET A GIFT CARD FROM HERE!!!!!!! A friend gave me a gift card as a gift and when I went in to use it they told me there was nothing on the card. When I proceeded to inquire about the situation they took my name and said they would speak with the owner. The next day I received a call saying they would not honor my gift card. I pushed back on this then the person on the phone proceeded to accuse me of lying by trying to use the card with no money then suggested I simply already used the money on the card and forgot. Not a good business practice to accuse your customers of this type thing. Overall, they will lose hundreds of dollars of business because they did not honor a 40 dollar gift card, because I will not be back!
