Thet filed my nails too thin. I had my natural nails. They all started breaking within a week of me going here. Had to cut my nails and start over.the polish was spotty. The only reason I didn’t go back to tell them is I’m from Chicago and got my nails done while I was in Joplin to save money. I will never go here again

Highly recommend! My friend got her acrylics filled and had a very good experience. I got a basic manicure and loved it. We were greeted when we entered but not hassled. The staff were friendly and my tech, Michael, was gentle, efficient, and kind.

Those who know, I am completely picky about my nails. My first experience here was amazing. They took their time during my pedicure and I was very relaxed. Danny’s attention to detail was amazing, I didn’t have to critique him at all. He went above and beyond and they have earned my long term business.

The employees were so sweet! The guy took his time, made sure I really liked how my nails turned out, and made my nails look like they were something you’d find on Pinterest for ideas. I am highly impressed and will be going be back again for sure!

I visited today and Ruby did my nails. I was watching what she was doing because I want to learn this for myself. She only dipped my nails in color 2 times but insisted she did it 3 times. I’m watching, she’s talking to her coworker the entire time. I wasn’t happy with the color…there was no color…so we did 2 dips of another color but she only put activator on one hand and told me she did both…no, she didn’t. She was flustered that I was taking up more of her time. Sorry. There was one other woman there having her nails done by Tam and she wasn’t thrilled either. She was told to come back later and see Laura. I was also told to come back later and see Laura. They are right Laura is the best! I have had her in the past and she does a fantastic job. I give her 5 stars!
