Never going back she cut them to way short and used more of an orange color than red which i asked and picked out a darker color. Redoing them myself when i get home because of how much i hate them. First pic is what i wanted second is what i got.

I went here last week to get a manicure with the gel polish, a few days after my fingernails started chipping with the polish chipping and my nails breaking, I went back to ask if they could remove the polish and file my nails and was told to leave and never return again because they were not going to do anything for me unless I pay them more money than what I had paid them already and my manicure did not last 4 days before the polish started coming off and my nails started breaking. I paid $130.00 and they refuse to redo my nails for free and refused to give me a discount just to remove the gel polish and shape my nails up after they had broke off. I cannot believe that they told me to never come back there anymore, I had been going to them for years and never once, until now to redo my nails and they went berserk on me and started telling me not to return. That is bad business. I always bring out the true person when I need something done or confront them after feeling like I have been ripped off in this case. Do not worry, like you said, for me to never return, I will never do business with people who do not like me or treat me in such a way like you all or who try to rip me off by using cheap, outdated polish on my nails that was not gel polish that led to my nails chipping, breaking and the polish coming off. I am happy to say that I will never come anywhere near your nail salon or recommend my friends or associates there anymore. I stay away from people who do not like me and who disrespect me

Critical: Professionalism, QualityHad an appointment for a party of 4, we all got mani pedis, they only worked on two of us at a time which was annoying but the worst thing is we spent over 400 dollars and the man refused to punch my moms punch card because we didn’t pay cash. No where on the card does it state you have to pay cash to qualify. All but one nail tech was rude and made us feel uncomfortable. Had an appointment for a party of 4, we all got mani pedis, they only worked on two of us at a time which was annoying but the worst thing is we spent over 400 dollars and the man refused to punch my moms punch card because we didn’t pay cash. No where on the card does it state you have to pay cash to qualify. All but one nail tech was rude and made us feel uncomfortable. Just horrible service for the amount of money we spent.

We had an appointment, they were late and virtually had no staff so a mani and pedi for people took over 2 hours. They scrubbed the skin right off of our legs and overall didn’t do a very good job. The owner sat there and did nothing while watching his staff work listening to what he could charge people more for. Overall not a good experience and I would not go back there. Critical: QualityShe filed the skin off my feet in 2 places. Filed skin off of my 2nd toe while filing my big toe. All were bleeding. Applied 3 coats of polish with no dry time between. Sat under dryer over 1/2hr. 2hrs later still not dry. Will have to remove and do myself.Service: Pedicure
