Got a gel French manicure and an unfortunate experience. Had to argue with him about a black fleck he painted onto my nail (multiple nails actually). He told me I’m picky, very picky and no one looks that close at my nails. Then he tried to tell me the spot was under my natural nail so he wouldn’t have to redo it. He eventually did first after marching me over to his colleague to verify if was in fact in the gel. After a heated back-and-forth, he fixed it but then he skipped steps and the overall result is not very attractive. There are steaks on my nail from the white, one nail already looks like it has a chip (I just left this place!) and a black fleck is under the gel on two of my other nails. I’m paying 42 bucks for this, I think it’s ok to be picky and receive all the steps in a professional manicure that I’m paying for. Didn’t even put lotion on. Very shoddy work, would not recommend.

I have been going here for the past 15 years and it really is the best. The staff are so friendly and you really do feel so relaxed and pampered. My late father used to come here to get his pedicures when he couldn’t bend over anymore. I now bring my mother-in-law and they take such sweet care of her. I highly recommend Kim! Love you guys! ❤️

The worst mani-pedi ever. The girl raced through both. Nails were left rough and poorly filed, simple massage with cream and cuticles were not done without prompting. Ive just noticed that nail polish was not cleaned off on some of toes or fingers and I wasn’t invited to sit at the ultra violet drying station. I would never recommend this place to anyone who wants quality service.

Staff member is rude with an attitude towards children and does shoddy work and skips steps, like ignoring cleaning up the cuticles. She also started using gel polish without asking first resulting in a higher cost and product we did not want as it requires UV ray lighting.

I took a picture of the prices for you.. I love this nail salon.. truly royal treatment. They’re all great. I usually have one or two people I like in any nail salon but here you’ll love everybody. They do their best on making sure you’re happy with the services they provide. You know they’re good when you see a lot of guys getting a pedicure done .. I’ve tried a lot of places here in Naples after coming from NYC and by far they’ve topped a lot of other nail salons I’ve been to. You won’t regret it. They’re getting better everyday and you might want to call and make an appointment because walk ins take longer since there’s so many faithful customers.

I loved getting my nails done there ! It was so amazing the lady I had took her time . And she was very entertaining! The color I got was a really nice yellow like the stars for the review , and I got stiletto styled nails ! This person I know thinks I should’ve gotten green , ( he’s a little crazy ) but I loved the yellow ! It was an amazing experience and I can’t wait to come back !

Made appointments for a friend and I to get gel manicures and the staff was very unfriendly and rude while I was getting my nails done. She kept getting snippy with me when I would position my hands a certain way. After leaving I noticed some spots she had missed on nearly all of my nails along the edges and so I went back to get it corrected. I wasn’t even greeted then finally once acknowledged waited patiently for the nail tech to be done with a pedicure she was doing. Once she was finished she was rude and seemingly inconvenienced so she rushed through to touch up my nails and here I am not even 2 weeks and my nails are chipping and you can clearly see where she “tried” to touch up. I gave up on this place and I will not return! Don’t waste your time. They even have a full bar and don’t even offer paying customers a drink!
