When we walked in the shop was very hot. It also looked cluttered. There were supplies all over the manicure stations. I gave 2 stars because the pedicure wasn’t bad. The guy who did my pedicure did a good job and the lady who did my husband’s pedicure did a good job, but the tools they use are recycled between the clients. So cleanliness is definitely questionable.

Love of this 3 color ombré full set turned out . The lady who did my nails was very nice and kept asking my opinion before continuing to the next step , made sure I like the color before adding another . She was very informative & let me know how much everything would be before she started & made sure I was okay with the cost before continuing instead of surprising me at the end ! I had a great 1st experience here and will definitely be going back again !

This place is terrible. I would avoid and go elsewhere if possible. My sister went in for a full set that took 3 hours because multiple people were taken before her! Please refer to the pictures to see the bumpy nails that had no shape whatsoever. In addition, we had to pay via cashapp because they would not take our card. We’ve tried this place multiple times and the service seems to get worse each time. For $95 I would rather go somewhere else and have a service done that matches the price! Not to mention the owner was not very welcoming at all.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThis place is a total rip off. Charged my mother $250 for 2 $45 pedicures and 2 gel manicures. When I called back to figure out why they charged so much the owner was extremely rude and couldn’t make it make sense on why they were charging so much. The owner also did my nails and was told about my thumb being in recovery for a fracture and still was pulling and twisting it making it hurt extremely bad. This place is a total rip off. Charged my mother $250 for 2 $45 pedicures and 2 gel manicures. When I called back to figure out why they charged so much the owner was extremely rude and couldn’t make it make sense on why they were charging so much. The nails don’t even look as good as we expected them to do and did not match the pictures shown. I’ve gotten my nails done by multiple places, and never has anyone handled my hands so roughly. I was understanding when they guy who was doing my nails told me he couldn’t do the design I wanted, and asked to do something else. He didn’t cut my cuticles so when he applied the acrylic it wasn’t even remotely close to the cuticle. I am very unsatisfied with the poor service and quality of my nails. The nails cost $95 and they popped off not even two weeks later. I was treated like a child just because my Mother was paying for our nails, even though I’m an adult with a baby. I am updating this review that I didn’t even make in the first place, the guy took my phone then made the review himself. This is not a 5 star place, I do not recommend anyone to go there.

I have been to this place several, several times and every time I go I swear it’s going to be the last time. I simply go out of convenience of walk-ins and always leave so irritated. Several times while getting a pedicure, I get the girl who’s always on her phone and rushes my pedicure— I mean, top speed. Completely finished with polish and all within 20 min even though I always get the deluxe. Save your money – they haven’t even taken a scrub to the bottom of my heels the last 3 times. The last time I went, I had someone apparently training. I get gel on my toes. It took a SOLID 45 min for her to remove the polish alone that ended up in 2 other people helping. Which ultimately destroyed my toenails from all the drilling. So of course, my “actual” pedicure was all of 10 min. Or less. Then, they do my manicure while I’m in the pedicure chair because at this point it’s obvious I’m getting very impatient… fine, okay. Well, my nails are SO uneven because the guy wasn’t even paying attention but rather talking to the other techs. I was here for over 2 hrs and charged me $125 for my services. I was appalled.

Anna did a great job on my nails last week! I have been going to Royal Nails for a few months and I have always been impressed by their service and professionalism! Anna is seriously the best and have recommended this salon to all my friends! I also asked her to do some nails art following an inspiration photo and she did great! Was very happy with my nails!
