I could not recommend Royal Nails more. Very professional and talented staff. The pedicure massage chairs are luxurious leather. The hand and foot massage that accompany the acrylic manicure and the pedicure are the part I look forward to for weeks. The staff has always been very helpful with booking full appointments and accommodating walk-ins when I need a quick acrylic repair. I have never had acrylic nails that have held up as well as these, and the nail art is absolutely fantastic. Rates are beyond reasonable. Top notch service!

The staff at Royal Nails are great, they’re professional and very skilled. Sometimes as a walk in you are asked to wait or even come back, that does not mean these people are racist or unfriendly, they are just busy and cannot accommodate you at the moment. That’s the chance you take when you don’t make an appointment. John is always very outgoing and energetic. I enjoy my experience every time I get my nails done.

They did an okay job putting on my nail polish but I thought the acrylic fill was done sloppily and she did a horrible job at shaping my nails. They looked nothing like the coffin shape I originally had before she shortened them and I even showed her a picture when I asked her to shape them better. I literally went home, filed them myself and had my sister in law repaint them.

Clean, friendly staff. They did a really great job on my mani/pedi. Not a huge variety of color choices for polish, plenty of color options but not a million shades of each color. Honestly I kind of liked not having so many similar shades to have to pick through.

I got my nails done here back in July and although they did a good job the experience wasn’t as nice. I came in around 10 am and was greeted by a female worker she asked me what I needed done and proceeded to tell me she had an appointment that was coming in and she wouldn’t be able to do my nails. There was a lady already being serviced by another worker and the lady I was speaking to was free. I asked her if she could start me before her appointment arrived because I needed a gel soak off. She was very hesitant, so I told her I could wait. (I guess she wasn’t expecting me to wait) After a couple minutes of sitting she told me I could go over to the the pedicure seats so she could start my soak off. As I’m sitting there a woman and her mother comes in. The daughter tells the nail tech that she wanted to get her mother a pedicure she immediately got directed to the pedicure seats and was offerd a bottle of water. I was not offered anything. Fast forward to me now getting my nails done another customer walks in, she also was immediately directed to the pedicure seats and was offered a bottle of water. Oh yeah, and while I was there no appointments showed up until I was about to leave around 12:45.

I’ve been going here for YEARS and have NEVER been disappointed. John and his wife have always gone above and beyond to ensure that every customer is satisfied with the final product! I also love the small family-owned feel of the spa. You are sure to make a new friend every time you stop in. Not to mention, John is a hoot and will make you laugh until you cry! The place is always well kept, clean, and they always have great new styles and colors to choose from. Love having them be apart of our little town!
