The woman who did my nails was nice but she was very slow (took 1 1/2 hours to do a fill). She used way to much product making my nails too thick. They are also more expensive than any other nail salon that I have gone to. Do not recommend. Acrylic nails

This place is called Royal Nails ‐ and they do a good job with nails, but stay clear for eyebrow waxing. Had my eyebrows completely destroyed. Beautiful full eyebrows that just needed some strays cleaned up are now pencil thin, the arch has been destroyed on my left brow from from waxing too much over the top of the eyebrow – a complete disaster. Run screaming before you trust your eyebrows to this establishment. The owner did not charge me for the brow service, but what good is a $10 when I have 1960s eyebrows?

Salon was VERY busy, if possible i highly recommend making an appointment. Building was clean and inviting. Plently of comfortable seating while waiting. There oia aleays adequate staffing. They work quickly, but dont cut corners and always fo an excellent job. I have never been disappointed with any of the services.

My first time in this particular nail salon and the staff were friendly and awesome!! Reasonably priced in comparison to other competitors…normally I would have gotten a full set but being on the injured list couldn’t sit still for long so will definitely be returning soon for more than a manicure.

Horrible experience. I was there for two hours getting a fill. My nails are filed crooked, One finger bleeding because the acrylic is on my skin. I could literally peel off the nails that I just got done because they were lifted. I talked to the owner, or the manager at the desk and he said what do you want me to do. I said I would please like my money back because I am not going to sit and get it fixed, for this to happen again. He said he could give me it for half price. I then told him I would like my money back because this is unacceptable I wasted two hours of my time, and now I have to get my nails redone at another salon after I ripped the rest of them off. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I am so upset and so disappointing. I will never come here ever again. If I am showing you my nails you should not talk down to me and make me feel like I am wrong because the nails look horrible. There are two pictures attached. Please do not go to the salon.

WORST EXPERIENCE!!! Do not go!! I paid 120 for mani pedi and had to have my hands and feet done at the same time was in the salon for 40 mins at most. I was unable to use my massage chair the whole time and had to sit with my arm crossed over my body for her to be able to do my hands. I expressed discomfort in my arm from this and she is continued. When I got home the powder was stuck to my hands and under my finger nails. My last nail polish color was still on my cuticles. I was rushed the entire time. I planned on treating myself and relax when really I had a terrible experience. I will never return! GO TO HI NAILS INSTEAD IN WARWICK WAY BETTER !!!

I do recommend this place for amazing pedicures! They are very attentive when you have an appointment. They do a great job on nails and designs. Only downside is that they don’t manage time very well ,it’s nice that they don’t normally turn anyone away but you need to realize just walking in can take away from the people who actually took the time to make an appointment like they prefer.but other then that I love this place !
