Very happy with my nails every time I leave. The staff is very kind and sociable. They take their time to make sure that whatever you are getting done is how you want it to look. My experience was very fast and quiet. Didn’t ask me much. I showed the shape I wanted and I was impressed by the shape she achieved. Until paint. I picked my color and design and she was very helpful but the paint job was rushed and sloppy. I don’t know if she’s told not to, but she got NO WHERE near my cuticle line, the pictures I’ve uploaded are only one week old nails. They look 2 going on 3 which is such a waste of my money. She also missed so many spots near my cuticle line which absolutely makes me assume she wasn’t paying attention and definitely trying to not put the polish where it goes. Makes me feel cheaped out of time and they hope to get my back sooner. It’s unfortunate because I didn’t hate my experience but I won’t be going back unless I can ask for someone else and then maybe watch and be that annoying customer who points things out. This shouldn’t happen.

He fixed the length of my nails from a prior salon (some of my nails were on one hand longer than the other). He also took the time to fix the thickness of my nails to make them uniform. He compared the lengths of each nail, took time to check every one for the perfect shape, and was very quick also! It’s been a long time since I’ve loved my nails after a salon visit. We have been to at least 20+ nail salons in the surrounding area, no one can ever get it quite right. I was SO impressed with Tony. He fixed the length of my nails from a prior salon (some of my nails were on one hand longer than the other). He also took the time to fix the thickness of my nails to make them uniform. He compared the lengths of each nail, took time to check every one for the perfect shape, and was very quick also! It’s been a long time since I’ve loved my nails after a salon visit. I have been going to Royal nails for about a year now and I have never left unsatisfied. Mind you I drive 45 minutes to get here and it is always worth it. Mya gets insanely close to my design pictures you can barely tell the difference. I can never go anywhere else. Absolutely disgusted by the way we were treated today!!! Brought an elderly handicapped woman to get her nails done & were refused the service she asked for (nail tips with a gel manicure) because she is in a wheelchair.. mind you there was absolutely no reason given and they had no problem painting her nails.. but then couldn’t even do the very simple design she asked for and just painted them they wanted to instead. Treat people like human beings!!!

I’m unfortunately disappointed with the service. Me and my girlfriend each got a deluxe pedicure which were $40 each and they charged me $100. They failed to give me a receipt and I didn’t realize it on my card till the next day. when I called about it they just said I must have gotten the $50 one. Also felt uncomfortable at times as my girlfriend said she felt a male worker staring at her. I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK!
