It was easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at a nail salon! I also am super impressed with the new system that texts you for your appointment as well. Chris was my nail tech today, and WOW he was so thorough! He spent time diligently doing my fill and shellac! It was easily one of the best experiences I’ve had at a nail salon! I also am super impressed with the new system that texts you for your appointment as well. I miss Ann since she left, but I’m so happy that they are staying with the same great customer service that they always had.

Very unsanitary practices. First time visitor, simple pedicure w/ no polish… my regular guy is out of the country for 5 weeks. 4 hours later I have a raging infection with flaming hot soles and offensive smelling feet. I touched my feet with my hands and now unfortunately, the infection has spread to my hands. Can’t rid myself of the odor. Tech used an old pumice stone to remove callous. I have no callous but it is part of her procedure. Then, she used an old brush to apply who knows what and scrubbed my already clean toes. No sterilization equipment seen. As soon as I saw the old pumice, I knew I was in trouble. I am from Cali and they have laws. You cannot use items used on someone else and you must sterilize tools. Old pumice and brush and now I have feet on FIRE and horrific funky feet and hands. This place gave me an infection that I now have to deal with. UNACCEPTABLE! Also, two women left after getting pedicures. They did NOT clean the bowl after them. In Cali, while your nails are drying, they are sanitizing everything for the next person. I am traumatized. My entire house smells of funky feet.

The ONLY place in town to get your nails done well. Because of that, you DO need to call and make an appointment; don’t bank on a walk-in. Other places in town have destroyed my nails, broken off in a few days, or just not been up to par. Ahn in particular does amazing acrylic work.

DO NOT GO HERE, very rude and grabbed a color pallet from my hands before i had decided in a color. Then she told me to sit down while I was still trying to look for a color. She was obviously newer which I have no problem with but she kept trying to put on completely different colors than what I asked for. Thankfully she asked if it was right but the manager had to come help find the color I wanted. Then I noticed she had no idea what steps to do in what order, and she kept watching the nail tech next to her. The woman obviously was new and as you can see in the picture she got it on my skin and it’s shellac. She cured the polish to my skin on every nail, I had to pry my skin away from the nails. I also had to put designs on myself because the polish was so lumpy and all over the place. The cost was ridiculous for the work done and I will never be going back. I thought i’d give it a try since i’ve been to the other nail salons in town, but I will not be going back to this one that is for sure.

First time getting shellac with my pedicure and I love it. The music is very relaxing, massage chairs are wonderful and staff is very welcoming, as I was a walk-in and didn’t have an appointment! Thank you for a great experience!
