I’ve only been here twice & I absolutely LOVE the people who work at this nail salon , they are always so welcoming. Even the other customers who come in the salon are super nice as well. The two people I’ve had do my nails are Katie and Mai and I can honestly say they really take there time and do the BEST job !! Thank you all for everything ❤️❤️❤️

Critical: CleanlinessWent in as a walk-in. Requested a gel pedicure and Acrylic full set. My total came out to 98. I don’t mind paying that much or more for my nails. But the nail tech cut me really bad and continued to do my nails without attending to the cut. She grabbed a napkin and wiped the blood and continued as I bled. She then continued to use her product over my blood which will later be used on someone else. I was never asked to get up and wash my hands and didn’t even get a “Im sorry”. Save your money ! I decided to give them a try who are closer to my home . This place gave me a toe infection after 2 weeks I am still struggling with my toe infection . They are unclean and pedicurist was pretty rough .When I went to speak with the manager the response I got was a refund for my pedicure . That is besides the point , cleanliness is very important. This can cost a diabetic their toe or foot . Not satisfied with the service I got .

After coming here for years I would think they would appreciate customer loyalty a little more. I had nex gen done on October 30th. The girl that did them didn’t change my tips & she did not properly or fully remove the previous color either. She had a bad attitude the whole time, made my cuticles bleed multiple times AND throughout the whole week nails kept breaking off. I had to return twice to get them fixed on different occasions. They clearly have no respect or consideration for my time or money. After the third time, I call again to try to figure something out and I am told the girl happens to be off on the day I am available to come in. As if that’s MY fault. Basic customer service skills for ANY business, is that you work around the customer’s schedule, not your own. They told me that if I wanted to come back to get them fixed, I would have to pay again. I have an office job, there is NO reason they should be breaking this often. I just needed them to last 2 weeks. They wouldn’t even last two days. I am so disappointed. I WILL NEVER COME BACK & I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS HOW AWFUL THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE IS HERE.

To start off, this place was really nice and clean, everything was cleanly laid out and shown to customers. Also the place had excellent service. I personally got a pedicure and it was really great. The pricing was also very good. I would recommend this to anyone who needs nails, lashes, or anything of the sort.

I tried to make an appointment and couldn’t get passed the rude receptionist.,.she legitimately hung up on me before I could finish my question. It was going to be for 3 people with full powder dips and pedicures, approximately $350 in services and $70-$80 in tips but we are definitely taking our business elsewhere. Will NEVER recommend this place.

Super long wait! & Katie didn’t even finish my nails. After waiting a long time, she started an hour and a half before closing, 30 mins before closing and I noticed all the techs standing around her rushing her to finish, then the owner came out of nowhere and decided that “I’m being to picky” for asking for a white french, mind you I was sitting there quiet and smiling, so she decided that Katie won’t be finishing my nails, all an excuse to leave. I paid $60, for tips just stuck on with nail glue and cut and yet I still tipped Katie $10, because I’m not a horrible person. KARMA! Highly agree with all of the negative reviews. To think I got a sitter and my me time was ruined. If you’re a good person prepare to be blind sided with rudeness. Horrible vibes. Take your business elsewhere!
