Natalie, Hanh, and An are amazing! I have been going here for over a year, and it’s by far the best acrylic nail manicures I’ve ever gotten. I moved 10 minutes away, and tried other nail salons closer to me for convenience, but none of them compare to royal nails, so I make the commute every time! An did my nails tonight and she did such an amazing job. 5 stars!!!

These are the nicest ladies! They have more than one person who is proficient in all the typical mani/pedi procedures & they are trained in many other services normally only found in the day salon type of establishment— eyebrows, pedi massage & exfoliating, therapeutic hand-waxing, to name just a few. They all seem to pull together and fill in for each other well, a manager’s delight, I’m sure. I drive all the way from the Mt. Vernon area to typically be cared for by Natalie; I cannot imagine going to another shop, because her advice & techniques are always appropriate. If for some reason Natalie is tied up, she kindly briefs her sub as to my likes and dislikes! The shop has the largest selection of nail polishes, too. In addition, my husband

Made an appointment and when I got there at that time they made me wait. >30minutes went by and still did not get to me. Other people with later appointments came in and they took them first and said so sorry it will be another 10-20 minutes. This is not the first time they have done this. So tired of it.
