The staff were so nice. The atmosphere was really comfortable. Prices were reasonable. The only thing that was a disappointment is that they were advertising 10% off any service because it was Grand Opening, & I didn’t receive it. But other than that I loved it. Place is nice aesthetically. The service is poor and the customer service is horrible. The man who I assume is the owner is rude. The younger lady who also seems to be in charge is even ruder. The older man can do a good foundation but can not paint. They used the electric file and a nail tip to remove my full set. It hurt horrible which I said several times and ignored every time. No offer to soak them off. The electric file burned my nail bed. My nail shape is not what I asked for and all are uneven. Save yourself money.

Extremely disappointed in my visit, not only was I ignored in what shape and color I wanted, but the gentleman who did my nails continued to ignore me when I told him the shape was wrong and then proceeded to cut me on all ten of my fingers.. my nails are completely crooked and the french tips are uneven to all hell. For $107 I am incredibly frustrated and disappointed.

First time going was Friday the 15th my best friend and I decided to try a new place so we came for pedicures we got deluxe pedicures and I got the acrylic on my big toes. We both loved the place so much we came back the next day n got full sets thank you guys for accommodating us even tho u guys were an hour from closing made my work week so much better
