These nails were done Saturday 4/30. I chose this place because of the awesome pictures and reviews. I made an appointment days ahead. First impression I should have left but I realize some places are short staffed however appointments shouldn’t be made if there are not enough people scheduled… I waited for an hour and 15 mins with my feet soaking before 2 other employees showed up and I even got someone to my chair. I was there for 3 hours (11-2) (Appointment at 11 and showed up at about 10:50) and this is what I left with. Maybe I got the wrong person as all she did was complain about her tooth so maybe it was a bad day? Either way this is not acceptable. Yes before they respond to this review..I did still tip because I used to do hair and I respect their time. Did I say I didn’t like them? No because – 1 I had already been there for 3 hours and 2- looking at this would you trust your time to get them fixed at the same place? I have never ever written a google review but I just want to warn everyone to make sure they ask for the right person.. I think the one who did mine was Rana.. that’s what she put on this stamp card she gave me.

Called yesterday to see if they were accepting walkins, they told me I could come in at 2pm. Staff was very kind, I wish I got the name of the gentleman who did my full set because I will definitely be going back! He worked so quickly and the quality did not suffer for it! Most perfect nails I’ve EVER had! Extremely happy with my experience, tipped 100%

I called at 3 and was able to get an appointment at 4 for me and my sibling. We got there a few minutes early and she was able to start on us right away. The owner (I’m bad with names so I can’t remember her name) was who did our nail and she was super kind and did an awesome job, my sibling and I love how our nails came out. I’ll definitely be back!

I really wish I had a pic of my pedi. It was garbage. A 3 year old could have done a better paint job. No removal of callous or cuticle. Further, whatever was in the green tea solution dried my feet and legs out terribly. My mistake, when asked if I was traveling, I said yes. They knew I’d never be back, so didn’t care to do a good job!

I made an appointment almost a week in advance with Millie, and I spoke to her specifically to make the appointment. Walk in for my appointment at 4:30 and another woman walks in for the same appointment time with Millie. The receptionist says she “overbooked herself”. The other woman was taken by Millie even though I arrived first and I hear Millie mention that she’s her “last appointment” of the day. I immediately walked out. Millie has advertised herself all over Facebook groups and been bragged about left and right but the poor scheduling and unprofessionalism is NOT impressive.
