The purple was my first set a few weeks ago and the other one is from today. I had a bad set on the first time from another place, came here and was helped by Lee. She’s super nice and very good! I recommend going to her. For the designs, I just showed her pictures and she was able to get them. Very happy with the nails and the service 🙂

i personally think it depends which worker is in charge of your nails or spa treatment, i can see on reviews that some people had a great experience and some not the best:( but i think that i had a good experience mostly because the lady doing my nails took her time doing my nails and did not rush at all, as well as being very sweet. so im thinking that it all depends on who’s helping you. me personally i wasn’t upset about the price of my nails, my mother on the other hand (who was paying) claims they charge to much. i got a cute set of nails for 141$ i didn’t say anything about pricing mostly because i was thinking it only cost that much because of the time and patients it takes. but i do most certainly love the nails

Absolutely horrible. Complete disregard for the health of my REAL nails. Catherine broke 5 of my real nails, shaved the center of the nail past normal, completely bent 1 nail backwards and snapped it half way, sliced my skin in 3 different spots and made 2 of them unsymmetrical, it truly felt malicious. She was unbelievably rough. I am beyond upset. My real nails are ruined. This picture is a few second before she decided to treat my nails like meat in a grinder.

Bella gave me a pedicure at Royal Nails. She was professional, nice, and she paid attention to detail. I have had pedicures at a ton of other salons. I have to say that Bella gave me one of the best pedicures that I’ve ever had! She painted one toenail and made sure that I was happy with the color I chose. She also made sure that I was comfortable with the water temperature. I’ve never left a review for any service, but I felt it was necessary to give Bella a shout-out. I highly recommend Bella for pedicures at Royal Nails in Kapolei.

I’ve been twice. Once I got a pedicure. The lady rushed through it because I had my son with me and he was crying in his stroller. I promise I was there less than 10 min. The second time, I went and asked for red to black ombre matte. I’m a hair stylist and my nails are always in water. I gave her free reign on sparkles. She must have thought I gave her free reign on the whole color because my nails ended up blue, to clear ombre, shiny with sparkles. I called the next say because they chipped when I was told they’d be stronger because I work with my hands. I’ve never had my nails chip the day after. I went back 3 days later to have them fix it and tell them about how she did what she wanted with the color. They wanted to charge an extra $25 for a color change. I didn’t want to give them one more cent. Why the heck would i want clear?? Yall saw my hands 3 days after. I DO HAIR. THEY WONT STAY PRISTINE. I didnt give her free reign on the color. I reminded her of the red and she said she forgot.. All they did was file it down a tad, and actually put black where the blue was, but I guarantee they will chip again by tomorrow. I do NOT recommend this place. I’m such a busy person and I feel like I wasted my time coming here. Will never come back!
