Got a full dip set, three broke a day later. Went in to get the 3 fixed and one broke before I could even make it out of the salon. Went back in to get them fixed and left only to have 2 more nails break when I got home. As well as the color of my fixed nails being darker than the other nails because they fixed them a different way than how they wete first done. Called asking for a refund for the service as I do not live in stillwater and work so I can’t drive there every day to get my nails fixed, especially when the fix doesnt work.

if i could give ZERO stars i would. I didn’t even get to get my nails done despite making an appointment beforehand because of their lack of care and respect for their own paying customers. i’ve used this salon for almost a year and have excused many disappointing trips there but after this one i will never return. I was there ten minutes prior to my appointment time, and was asked to sit with my hands in acetone, and i was left there. after 30 minutes, the skin on my fingers was peeling off. in total, i sat there for an hour and a half before anyone even came over to start my nails, at which point i no longer had the time to sit there and get them done. i am extremely disappointed in the service that i DID NOT receive. if you actually want to get your nails done, go somewhere else. i promise there are much cheaper places that your time will actually be respected, unlike royal nails.

I love love love the older lady who did my pedicure. She was sweet af and God her hands were amazing. I wanted to kidnap her. Suprisingly the language barrier was not a problem. They are so very nice and I would recommend them 100% of the time. I always go there to get my nails done and I’ve always loved them every time I go! Definitely best place in town!
